Jonathan did an excellent job! I was very impressed because during my first call to the office, I actually spoke to Jonathan directly. He began to analyze my case over a 40 minute phone call. After that conversation I knew that Jonathan would do his best to represent me in front of the Florida Dental Board. Jonathan was the best prepared attorney at the board. Well spoken and organized. The Board ruled in my favor and I'm now a licensed Florida dentist. I would not hesitate to use Jonathan in the future.

I am a personal injury trial lawyer board certified in civil trial practicing law in Broward County now for 40 years. In the past two years, I referred this law firm two personal injury cases. Neither was easy. Both were complex. The first one I referred to them was a case that was out of my jurisdictional area. They did a ‘bang up’ ‘clean up’ job on an incredibly difficult case getting a very nice settlement for a case that could have gone ’south’. Because they took put the bull by the horns and ran with the first case, and because I knew of their reputation on air bag cases, I sent them one that contacted me because it was ‘out of my league’. They resolved it in less than a year, with lightning speed, with an amazing result. These guys are airbag specialists. I know that because I went to a seminar where there about 200 lawyers in a room several years ago, and they actually set off an airbag which scared the living daylights out of everybody in the room. I at least had the intelligence to go hide in the back of the room far enough away from the airbag so I didn’t go deaf when they set it off. And I’m sure that all of the employees of Newsome Melton were wearing earplugs before it went off –😊 (well maybe not). But anyway, even though I’ve tried 105 jury trials, I personally had no idea what to do with this case. But I knew that these folks were the ones to send this case to. And I knew this because about 25 years ago I was talking to a judge in Broward County named Richard Eade and he told me that the entire year he tried like 30 cases, and he only had one verdict for a claimant/plaintiff in his courtroom. And so I asked him who was that, and he told me that it was a guy named Rich Newsome in a products liability case, who got a verdict of about $3 million (a huge verdict in Broward County in those years). And so I never forgot that, and ergo the above results. No matter where you are, if you don’t come to me--😊, go to these guys. They are top-notch (and for sure better than me on product liability auto/truck type cases). Thanks guys for kickin’ butt!

Nothing bad to say about this firm. From the very beginning, they were very responsive, completely communicative, and answered all my questions without making me feel overwhelmed with a bunch of legal terms. Majority of the time, I spoke directly with Mr. Frank Melton himself, unless it was something minor. Every email I sent was answered usually within minutes, at most, by the end of the same day. In the beginning of my case, Frank called me directly and talked like we were old friends. I never felt rushed or like I was inconveniencing him at all, which is not my experience with most attorneys. His firm was able to win my case, and the results were actually better than what we expected. Not only did he win my case, he helped me figure out what to do with the money following the case. Mrs. Laurie is amazing also. She is the nicest person to speak with and is so helpful. Every time I call, someone answers. Every time I email, I get a response. If I ever need an attorney in the future, I won't hesitate to call them.
