14 months into my claim I was notified that my attorney did not meet federal deadlines and I would have to refile my claims and start over. I had 3 separate attorneys appointed to me during that time. Professional malpractice at its worst! I am looking into legal action against this firm.

We call Gordon and partners when my sister got hit by a car crossing northlake boulevard in front of Bob Gordon's office. We called Gordon and Gordon and they received the insurance information from the driver who hit my sister. Because the driver only had pip insurance on his car they refused to go any farther to investigate his tax returns or social security number to check for assets. They called me to say they were closing the investigation. Meanwhile my sister is laying in a rehab center in Jupiter FL with a broken arm and leg. Unless your case is a slam dunk they don't want to do the work it takes to help their clients. Don't hire them and don't listen to their empty promises commercials on television. I'm looking for another attorney starting today. When there are injuries in an accident and they decide not to pursue the case further that is a travisty . This firm should be called Lazy lawyers and lazy partners. Warning! Watch out for a little Vietnamese man driving a twenty year old Toyota Celica in Palm Beach gardens Florida. If he hits you he walks away free.
