My attorney and Paralegal have been the greatest. Especially Robbery Gius. When my assigned attorney couldn’t get back to me due to case load. Robert went out of his way to return my calls and answer any questions. Rob was superior at explaining the process and what to expect next. Case liaison’s are not the answer. If I have to speak only to a case liaison, I would have went somewhere else. Christian Nestor and Rob Gius have been more than just my legal advocates. I have worked with many attorneys in my career and I cannot say my experience has been good. But working with Rob and Christian has been a wonderful experience. Other attorneys that I have had didn’t want to hear or could care less what I had to say, Robin Christian both listened and had my best interest in mind. I have referred many other of my veteran friends to this firm. I wouldn’t want anyone other than Christian and Rob representing me on any matter.

I am a disabled Marine Corps veteran that prior to retaining the services of Gordon & Partners had been fighting an uphill and futile bureaucratic battle trying to get my VA disability benefits approved and achieve a 100% service connected rating for the past 16 months. I was referred by another veteran that the firm had successfully gotten him a 100% rating and 6 years of backpay dating back to when he originally filed his claim himself and tried to get his benefits unsuccessfully until retaining Gordon & Partners who achieved an approval and backpay in a matter of 6 months that he had been pursuing with no success for 6 years. My case has been been seamlessly , aggressively ,and with the legal prowess and knowledge of a legal professional with a decade of experience and hundreds of cases litigated ending in favorable decisions for their clients which I am confident will be the outcome of my case and being awarded my deserved and life changing monthly disability income as well as a significant lump sum amount from previous months owed in backpay that will be very significant.
