Tuve el privilegio y honor de ser atendido por el mismísimo don Sergio Cabanas, desde el momento que entras a su despacho se ve claramente que estás en el lugar correcto,desde su ubicación contiguo a una delegación de policía de la ciudad, todo su equipo conoce muy bien las técnicas de un buen servicio al cliente, y sin duda alguna sobresale que conocen muy bien cómo invertir para ganar, ya que la imagen y el marketing claramente están en buenas manos, el balance cultural al tener información en varios idiomas, la calidad de ser humano demostrada por don Sergio, su honestidad, su sinceridad, su despreocupación al expresar una estrategia sin saber aún si lo contrataría, deja en claro la clase de persona que es, la seguridad en sí mismo, de lo que es capaz, y de lo que nadie puede copiarle, por que nadie, aún con toda la información y definida la estrategia, puede igualarlo ni tener la habilidad innata que él tiene; 2 horas nada más necesitó para conocer detalles de mi esposo, que ni siquiera yo llegué a conocer en nuestro matrimonio, y eso simple y sencillamente me hizo ver, que no era que yo quería contratarlo, sino que yo NECESITABA contratarlo si enrealidad quería que esto terminara bien para mi. Gracias don Sergio por quitar el peso de mis hombros que me robó por tanto tiempo mi sueño y esperanza, hoy inicio de nuevo a disfrutar mi vida. Roxy sin duda alguna complementa al equipo con sus destrezas en el área financiera, es la que logra que todo pueda consolidarse y que la magia comience. Valen cada centavo pagado, valen lo que pesan en oro.

I do not recommend this law firm at ALL! They are alleged scammers. It was also ALLEGED that they write their own reviews to boost their status to remain number one on google reviews. Sergio Cabana also retaliates against his former clients. I just checked the Broward Clerk of Court website, only to find out Sergio Cabana initiated a lawsuit in July 2024 this year against me. The lawsuit states it’s for “Slander” and “defamation”, all because I decided to post my HONEST overall experience on google about him in 2022, I also reported them to the Florida Bar that same year. Sergio Cabana actually further COMPLICATED my case I initially hired him to represent me by putting in a “motion for clarification”, when at my initial consult… THATS NOT WHAT I ASKED HIM TO DO, I ask for them to file a “MOTION TO MODIFY MY CURRENT TIMESHARE ORDER”. They filed that motion only to complicate my case, also to buy more time to keep asking me for monies. I had to fire Cabana, and represent myself at the clarification hearing.. I then told the judge that I did not request that motion, and tried to explain to the judge that the attorneys filed the wrong motion, the judge stated they don’t know where I got that attorney from, and to file the proper paperwork. I then proceeded from that point on to go Pro se and represent myself, out of fear of being taken advantage of again by another attorney. I FINALLY got a proper court date for a trial for Nov of 2024 by representing myself. I basically wasted uneccessay money with Sergio Cabana. They did absolutely NOTHINGGGG on my case, that is the god honest truth! . Please keep in mind that in the bar complaint when you file a complaint, it does states that if there is “Any type of retaliation to notify them”, (which I just did). Sergio Cabana and his lawfirm will Literally sue you, if you report them to the bar association, Additionally, if you post any negative review about your experience with the Cabanas Lawfirm online. I met a few former clients of Sergio Cabana 2 weeks ago. I was there for a whole separate matter.. only GOD HIMSELF brought me into the courthouse that day. I overheard a conversation with his clients complaining and ranting on getting their money taken by this law firm, and the law firm never doing what they stated they were going to do, one of the gentlemen by the name of Francis also stated that the law firm filed a lawsuit against him last year trying to “sue him”… I then proceeded to interrupt one of the gentleman and ask him is the “lawfirm the CABANA LAWFIRM by any chance”, then gentleman eyes got soo big and shouted “YES THATS HIM!”, what’s crazy about this situation is, he warned me and told me to “be careful” because “Sergio tried to sue him” but it was thrown out. I immediately began to cry and explain to him my situation as well with this lawfirm. Also what I went through previously with this lawfirm. If you scroll back to the reviews in 2021, I posted my overall HONEST review and experience regarding this lawfirm taking all of my money, and kept resetting my court dates, only to keep asking for more money in between the days I was awaiting the next court date. I then told Mr. Cabana that I would be filing a complaint with the Florida Bar. I filed my complaint, and have been awaiting very patiently for the bar to get back in contact with me. Since the gentleman told me that, I kept checking the clerk of court website every week, because I had a gut feeling Sergio was up to no good, ESPECIALLY because my last encounter with him, he sounded very upset over the phone when I threatened to report him, he did threaten me about posting my review that he would “sue me”, I contact the bar regarding this issue. In the meantime…to all all of the people that has no sense of direction on what to do or how to go about reporting these kind of attorneys…start off by contacting the Florida Bar first so that they can further investigate him.

Esta firma no la recomiendo nunca fui atendida por un abogado después de pagar $5,500 la primera visita con un chico que no es ni paralegal .! llamado Danny nunca pude hablar con un abogado ni un minuto para exponer mi caso de divorcio hoy después de más de 9 meses siguen acosándome para cobrar .? Y ahora me está demandando por falta de pago .! Soy una persona pensionada de 68 años sin ingresos .! Pedí retirarme 14 días después de visitarlo por segunda vez en un intento por hablar con un abogado hispano .! muy mala experiencia no los recomiendo para nada

Oh, I am very much a former client of yours and you will NOT Discredit me. I am prepared to post proof. You dropped me as a client April 1 after asking for 1,200 to 1,500 every week on a Wed at 4:30 for weeks after you ate up me spending nearly 8,000 already starting from Jan. You guys are very dishonesty with your clients, you tell them you will fight for them, and you DO NOT, you just send a crazy ridiculous bill over what appears to be made up items just to bill the client. Being dropped from your company was the best thing that could have happened to me. I was able to finish my divorce and get what I asked by myself. AND oh, I did try to address the issues several times, I was ALWAYS spoken to rudely and nothing got resolved because you just want the business.

The entire process, from my initial consultation with Mr. Cabanas up to the resolution of my case, was handled professionally and with care. All of my communications were responded to in a timely manner, and all of my questions and concerns were addressed- usually within a day whenever possible. The attorney assigned to my case, Brian Prieto, was excellent. Brian is knowledgeable and very professional. Brian got my alimony reduced to much less than what I had originally expected. Nicol, the paralegal assigned to me, is a star. She answered emails quickly and even responded on weekends and after hours at times. Yesica in billing, worked with me on some of the financial challenges that arose along the way. She was a tremendous help. Laura, the happiness coordinator, is a sweetheart and a joy to deal with. She called regularly to check in with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the services that I was receiving from the firm. She was great. I would trust this firm to handle any legal matters for me and my family in the future. I fully recommend them without reservation. To those who have left reviews concerning cost: You get what you pay for and as with anything- there is no such thing as a bargain. My divorce was handled by a different firm. It was expensive. I was a candidate for lifetime alimony. My divorce attorney got me 10 years. Excellent. My monthly alimony was high. Brian got it reduced by 60 percent. Excellent. An attorney’s value is his knowledge and his experience, and his service is his time. Pay now or pay later. I’m certain the latter will cost you more… and it’ll be to your ex.
