The worst experience, was no communication, I was always without any information about what was going on in my case, but they were good every Monday asking for replenishment. I was called to confirm to go to court and was given the wrong address. I had to run from one building to another.

I met with attorney Laura Grossman who put me at ease that the firm would offer me their full knowlege and support in my legal case. The entire staff helped me with the preliminaries and I met with attorney Sergio Cabanas for an in depth strategy session. I was impressed by the content and amount of uninterrupted time afforded to me to get my case moving. I had an ideal outcome in my case without requiring litigation. I know what needs to be done to conclude the matter and I know I am in impeccable hands with this team of lawyers and their staff should I require additional care. Not your typical law firm. These are lawyers who listen with their heart and soul. I could not be more satisfied or more grateful for this experience. 10⭐️ would be more appropriate.

Choosing a law firm is not an easy task. I read and analyzed reviews and called different firms but when I spoke to Maria from Cabanas Law Firm I knew I had found the right firm for me. And when I met with Sergio Cabanas I felt so confident with their knowledge and strategies that I hired them to represent me.

Do Not Recommend this firm. Their client communication is terrible. They make decisions without advising the client. They double and triple charge for the same work. (Yes we have examples). Your original meeting is with Sergio Cabanas and he is smooth salesperson but you never see him again, you are not allowed to talk to him. He doesn't take calls or return emails or anything - he basically hides. My partner had to do a lot of work on my own just to get a settlement. The people in the accounting department are incredibly rude and have zero people skills. While they filed the right motions it took them forever and on purpose to charge me. They are quick to cut you off as they truly don't show any compassion for their clients. We sent several communication to Sergio he didn’t respond to a single one. They changed attorneys twice no notice no contact in fact on one of changes we found out through my partners ex not ever from our own. They took advantage of my partner being in the US two years. They new he didnt have the financial resources promised him high touch, didn’t happen they promised him Hand holding along the way didn’t happen and for a settlement with no hearing set no actions to help him he spent nearly 12-15k and yet my partner was able to get a settlement on his own. Was just an awful experience and DO NOT HIRE them they only care about if you can pay and if you can pay a lot.

El servicio de estos abogados es excelente. Paralegal attorney Rosa Armesto was assigned to the case and she has changed my life. After having been mistreated by previous lawyers hired on the case, lawyer Rosa has managed to turn the case around unimaginably. What seemed impossible to me now shows me a window of light. Rosa has been patient. Professional and with a high level of empathy. She is detailed in her reading of the case because she sees to the point over the i's of the problem and gets to the bottom of it where I never thought anyone would get to. Cabañas Abogados has done what I never thought would be done in such a difficult case and restored my hope and confidence.

The team at Cabanas was very professional and did a good job of assisting me with my legal needs. Special thanks to attorney Brian Prieto who handled my case and was very knowledgeable and diligent throughout the process.

There is a pattern concerning unfair charges and treatment to their clients. What’s even more important to notice is this firm trying to pick wholes in anyone’s story who leaves a negative review.
