As a Family Law Attorney with over 28 years of experience, I can tell you that Sergio Cabanas is one of the most knowledgeable attorneys that I know in the South Florida area. Exceeded all expectations I am inspired to write this review, but first the story. My eighty years old mom is thriving in her familiar surrounding in Miami FL. My mom had an elderly single woman friend Jill, whom she helped quiet often. Jill passed away last year wishing to leave to my mom inheritance. But that was complicated! As POA , I started searching for long distance attorney to bring fairness to my mom. Had to make many phone call and have many conversations. The first time I spoke on phone with Stephen Garcia-Vidal, Esq. the search was over. Stephen viewed our difficulty authentically. After conducting research and analyzing legal difficulty, Stephen and Cabanas Law Firm team presented realistic plan. Experience level, perseverance and knowledge resulted in favorable outcome. During our phone exchange, Mr. Stephen occasionally quoted his father’s sayings. There were a few, but all of them had the same meaning: Respect and Honesty. Jacqueline Zenon, Director of Client Services conversation with her were like talking to a best friend, but with way more law knowledge. Thank you all for your professionalism and good hearts.

Don't trust them because they would squeeze you for all they can get out of you after you pay them, they come up with charges and hold your court documents as ransom for money! You will see this lawyer one time, then he will not see him again! Did cannot account for the justification for every expense on the trust! They will not give you court documents unless you pay their made up invoices! Horrible people without souls!

I used this law firm for a foreclosure defense. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is for one reason, the first attorney on my case left the firm and as well as the second attorney. Once Stephen Garcia-Vidal was on my case it was like a switch was flipped, he kept me informed and up to speed the whole time. Eventually after dealing with a slow opposing counsel, he was able to get both sides together to negotiate a short pay-off. The whole time working with Stephen he made sure I understood everything and always answered all my questions and concerns. Also, their offices were nice and so was everyone working there, making meetings easy going there. I will use them in the future for sure, if needed.
