I want to thank Attorney Brett Vigodsky and his Legal Assistant Debbie for their outstanding work and professionalism while assisting me with my W/C Claim. Both Debbie and Brett have always been there for me every step of the way when I had any questions or needed anything pertaining to my W/C Claim. After being injured and in pain, going through two surgeries and physical therapy for many months, Debbie and Brett helped to make things alot easier on me. When I had any issues with the W/C Company they assisted me with getting things worked out in a timely manner and to reduce stress. I hired Levin Papantonio to handle my hernia mesh lawsuit. It’s been 4 years now with no resolution. I have been the one to make the phone calls to check on the case, no one from this firm has contacted me without me contacting them first. The only answers I get to my questions about status are scripted and always thee same. It’s been scheduled to go to court for 3 years now! Never anything else. When I stated that the advertisement states the lawsuit has been settled, I get mine was a different manufacturer, which I get, but 3 years is a long time. Would like a straight honest answers. I never talk to the same person either so I don’t even know who is actually in charge of my case

Without the help of Bret and his team, I would not be getting the medical care that I desperately needed! If you don't have them to fight for your health and patient rights, you very well may end up stuck and hurting as the work comp industry rolls you over.

I am a rehabilitation nurse that does not always get to work with patients who are injured. I can say that if you have a catastrophic injury or the attorney feels that a nurse is needed for your medical benefit this attorney will give you the best care possible. They respond quickly and will always make sure that you are taken care of. I respect this attorney and his PA Deborah Bourne who is always available and interested in your care. She really cares and will make sure that everything you deserve is given to you.,
