Brett Vigodski and his team are great!, Workers comp denied my wife a knee operation twice even though she needed it according to the doctor at Baptist Hospital. We needed a lawyer and Brett was highly recommended to us by a few others with similar issues. We met with Brett and his team and they were friendly and had great knowledge on the process. We Hired them and were sure are glad we did. My wife got her operation in short order and is doing much better. Our only mistake was not hiring Brett sooner, In fact consult with a lawyer as soon as possible and let them deal with workers comp. I Highly recommend Brett Vigodski. In my opinion he and his team are the best.

This review is long overdue. My husband closed on his workers comp case in June 2019, almost 3 years to the date of his June 2016 injury. Had we known what we know now, we would have hired Brett and his fantastic team soon after his accident and not in December 2018. From the moment Brett took the case, he and Debbie Bourne were on it like white on rice. Brett and Debbie are an amazing team. Both were extremely accommodating, honest, and straight forward and to the point. We love them both dearly and have so much respect for what they did for us. We not only consider them as our fantastic legal team but most importantly…our friends.

Very professional they do their homework oh, you are in good hands

I guess they are good layer but when I called them cause of an advertisement about them over tv program an was for someone with cancer cause of using zantac an I inquired about it to them it then had to be a certain cancer an no they couldn't take the case which is kinda crummy cause the lady had been using zantac a better part of 10-20 years an now has cancer on the brain. An told me that it could never be linked to that. That it's not normal,but my thing is,if everyone was normal an had same problems then things would be treatable an be a full world. So I'm only giving them a 3star cause they are some lawyers

I was thoroughly impressed with the services of Brett Vigodsky and his team, including Debra Bourne, my paralegal. I had tried to seek medical care following a work injury, and after 3 months of trying on my own, without any success, i was referred to see Brett Vigodsky by one of his former clients.
