Ok so I was involved in a auto accident last yr contacted Joe zaurzar office got everything started or so I thought here it is over 8 months later since accident and now they want to contact me seriously poor communication and extremely poor follow through in my opinion this is not a company or firm that helps the small guy they only want larger cases or pretty much just ignore you I laid up in bed for three weeks lost income not to mention my vehicle Update: to start I just spoke to the other parties insurance company only to find out that zaurzar law was never in contact with them infact they only received a letters stating he was supposedly representing me and that he removed himself as attorney of record this place is a joke do not use zaurzar in fact anyone is probably going to be the better bet I can’t believe I put my trust into someone just to be downplayed because it isn’t a big case for him and his firm I will never recommend him or this firm to anyone I n need of assistance horrible business practice still never got the phone call only a letter saying he’s firing me as a client never trust someone who says they have your interest at hand especially when they have their hands in their pockets just saying
