I would highly recommend this firm based on the care and professionalism that I received. I was kept up to date on my case and I was checked on to see how I was doing. Which was a special added touch of care that meant a lot to me and my family. I got all of this wonderful service over the phone and email and when I went to the office to close out my case, the experience was the same, greeted with a smile 😃..offered me a drink and I taken care of immediately. Great law firm, great customer service..

5stars aren’t enough. If I can give 20 I would. I know I’m a fairy persistent person however every single time I called I never received an attitude but everybody was kind and helpful.

I was in a bad accident and Joe Zarzaur office was so great. They actually came to my home and talked to me. My back was fractured in 5 places and I was in a great deal of pain . They set me up with doctors to help me. The young ladies in the office especially Jennifer and Elle they were just amazing. Every phone call was answered promptly and professionally . They got me $100000.00 in my settlement. I'm very thankful for Mr Zarzaur and his entire office . I highly recommend them.

My initial impression was not one of feeling rushed or uninterested rather compassion and patience. This was my first ever MVA and I knew from day one when Mr.Joe Zarzaur told me not to hesitate to call his personal cell phone if I had any questions, that I was in good hands. Although, I never did have to call his personal number due to his exceptionally responsive and knowledgeable staff! Thank you all for your expertise and kindness you have shown me throughout this process!!!! If anyone I come across in the future needs a great legal team I will be referring them your way.
