I called today as a potentially new client on an exceptionally easy job for the firm. I spoke to an older lady and explained my situation and asked if I could speak with an attorney info ideas matter. She asked me to hold and I then got hung up on. I did not receive a phone call back and assumed she thought she transferred me properly. I then called back and spoke to another woman named Jen. I then explained her my situation again. She said she couldn't have anyone call me back. I tried to reason with her and tried to figure out a way for her to leave a note and she kept explaining that notes were impossible in the current system she was working with. Scary to deal with a law firm that has such poor communication and I know feel like I dodged a bullet with this company

This law firm is top notch when it comes to getting their clients what they deserve! They have been fighting my case with Bank of America for some years now. But what I love most is, THEY DON'T TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER!!! Each time the results were not acceptable, they would retrieve, strategise, and pursue again. We have court again in November and I'm believing with the favor of the most high God resting upon us; WE SHALL BE SUCCESSFUL!!! Will write again, when it's all said and done!!
