Only giving one star because I can’t rate them a zero. This firm has been repeatedly hassling me over a class action lawsuit that I want no part of and I have declined any sort of payout multiple times. They call me several times per week on top of multiple emails and text messages. I have asked them to stop so many times and I’ve been as polite as I can be. They will not leave me alone. Yesterday I got a little abrupt with one of their people on the phone because the guy was being a little arrogant with me and I sternly asked him to take me off their call list. After that call throughout the remainder of the day, I received another phone call, a few text messages, and a few emails. I don’t know what to do to make them stop, but based on their persistence and ignoring of my request, I have to believe these people do not have the best interests of their clients as their main source of motivation.

Being represented by Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz for a 3M earplug lawsuit. Communication so far has been great. Multiple emails, and live video townhall sessions to keep in the know on the progress. When I have called, they answer after a few rings. Understand they are probably representing 10's of thousands of veterans on this. I received information on final forms for settlement and process to submit weeks before fellow vets got any info from their council.

Disgusting firm that cares more about their only selfish bottom line than about the wellness or needs of their clients or employees. Find another law firm. Edited Review in regards to comment below: I did not share my name as a choice. Clearly this law firm lacks any level of common sense. Of course Millie Vanillie is not in your records, it's a German R&B music act from Munich. Ask yourself, do you want a law firm that cannot do a simple Google search? Get real.

Great law firm

AWKO is a phenomenal law firm to work with. They kept us informed during the whole process, explained everything clearly, and were able to help us recover costs from our injuries that we otherwise would not have been able to recover. Highly recommend them!!

AWKO fought 3M for their own bottom line. They did NOT fight for military veterans, the just used them. AWKO is just as bad, just as greedy as 3M - just a different field of work.

I am starting to see that hiring this firm was the worst mistake...if I could give half a star, that would be my rating
