Excessive fees, slow, and having to pay back insurance company and extra fees.... not much left for the victim....still waiting for my settlement.

My husband has a 3m lawsuit with them he has contacted them several times to get an update on the case because he was sent forms to sign and send back which he did that was well over a month and a half ago and they won’t return his call to give him an update on the case. Terrible customer service he has left message after message and nothing when before they would call all the time and return his call but once they got the packet back he’s been ghosted.

This is a firm who claims to help veterans but rips them off instead and not only do they rip you off but they also make sure your wallet is hurt afterwards because they will make 40% of your winnings they also charge you for all other cost if you are lucky you make 51% of your winnings and you are the one that has to live with that pain and suffering injuries or whatever you may be going through they try to convince you that they are on your side no one becomes a lawyer to help people let's be clear I had to reach out to them to keep myself posted on my case so I did their job and so will you I understand lawyers need to be paid as well but honestly they didn't go through your trauma you did why should they make most of your money this particular law firm is the biggest crooks I have ever spoken too. I would not recommend this law firm to my worst enemy let alone another veteran I am sorry I chose them to represent me I guess I can call it buyers remorse. Please do yourself a favor and shop around for lawyers I didn't and made a mistake when I chose them please do not make the same mistake.

This firm is handling my 3M case and has been possibly the worse when it comes to follow up and due to the recent conversation that I had with Thomas at that firm, I can add unprofessional and unapproachable to that. During the meeting that I scheduled, I asked for an update to the 3M case. I explained I was provided a document to review and sign on 1 Feb which I did and was told that the next document would arrive in 2 weeks…well, being that it is nearing 1 month with no update and no document I felt the need to reach out and ask for an update. Apparently that is completely unheard of and seemingly this firm handling the case is not the correct point of contact, as Thomas made it feel. I asked for clarification on the liens he spoke of and you would have thought I asked him how to crochet a hand basket…however, my question was within his range of expertise. He is absolutely horrible and if he has any representation of this firm, it is one that I will never choose to interact with again. Aside from him, it seems there would have been town halls to answer questions and provide updates to this portion of the case similarly to how it was while the case was in litigation. The follow up & professionalism is pathetic and actually embarrassing! I truly will be glad when this is over and I can cut ties with this firm and ever having to speak with someone like Thomas again!

A real hard driving Firm that gets the job done 💯

The same thing is happening to me as the previous reviewer David Sayre has said. It's non-stop harassment by this firm and Archer Systems. I get phone calls, text messages and emails EVERY DAY even though months ago I said to take me off this lawsuit and a dozen times I have said to quit contacting me. At first I was nice but I will no longer be nice when they keep contacting me. If you check BBB their rating is an F, they don't pay the "plaintiffs" in their lawsuits.. Once you sign the paperwork "to get paid" they ghost you. It's nothing but a cash cow for this firm and what's worse they are now profiting off of disabled Veterans!!!

I found this law firm around 2014 after my Mother became paralyzed from taking a prescription medication called Xarelto. Asylstock, Kreis, Witkin and Overholtz were the attorneys handling this major class action lawsuit. We dealt with them for nearly 7 years maybe more sending documents and medical records. What really angers me is that the award my Mother received was a slap in her face. She is paralyzed and this has destroyed her life. According to the law firm my Mother was responsible to repay all the medical care out of her lawsuit earnings. She was responsible to repay Medicare and the Military Tri-Care. We are talking hundreds of thousands of dollars she repaid. After all the parties were paid this left her with very little. She doesn't even have money for her personal care which we paid ourselves and I believe that the lawyers pocketed the rest. I also do not believe it was her responsibility to repay the government anything. She's in her 80's and I believe that this firm took advantage of us. I would never recommend these lawyers to anyone.
