In my personal experience with this law firm I found it to be Exactly Opposite of the advertising claims put forth in their extensive and, in my opinion, misleading and deceptive assertions. In simple language... my attorney ( who I never got to meet in person, only ever spoke with directly “at the end of the “”settlement mill”” process,”.... and who was condescending and abusive (bullied me into “playing along, even went as far as threatening me with a series of non-option alternatives to “doing as he saw best(for him). Anyone who hires this law firm, in my opinion, is a fool. Good luck.

Tina Ehrenkaufer your the BEST! If you are in need of a disability advocate with professionalism, heart and someone who really listens and is very in tune with your needs. Before I was even a client I contacted Tina at Rue and Ziffra, via e-mail she was extremely helpful and that is why I choose Tina Ehrenkaufer at Rue and Ziffra. I WAS NOT just a number on an assembly line. The very first time you speak with Tina she makes you feel relaxed and cared about and you know your in good hands. Tina went above and beyond. I suppose I could write a book on all the ups and downs I have been through since my accident in 2017. The first paragraph in the book would read, "The best decision I ever made was to hire Attorney Allan Ziffra and his firm to represent me." I immediately felt like family to everyone at the firm. They were all extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I am especially fond of Amber Mulvena, the Litigation Case Manager. She did an excellent job of keeping me informed every step of the way. I will miss speaking with her. They were able to settle my case satisfactorily. I am forever grateful to all of them and I highly recommend hiring them to represent you should the need ever arise.

I´ve had a legal problem and thankfully I had the team of Matthew, Marissa and Charlee. They did an outstanding job! Always there when you needed them, friendly and full of operational readiness.
