Hands down....the best law firm in Florida!! I had a pretty complicated social security disability case and from day one, I was very comfortable with my attorney, Luis Gracia and disability advocate Tina Ehrenkaufer. They were confident and let me know exactly what to expect through the process. I never doubted for a second that they would return a "favorable" decision in my case. Tina was excellent and fought for my rights and I can't thank her enough for her dedication and hard work! She is the BEST!! Do not hesitate....this IS the law firm you want fighting for you!!!

After trying to work with the insurance company for a few weeks when I called I started to get transferred a lot. After too many calls and no one willing to give me answers to important questions I knew that I could not handle the stress and needed to hire an attorney. Rue & Ziffra has a good reputation in Volusia County so I decided to contact them. I had an appointment to next day, spoke with a very knowledgeable person, Lori Stack, and explained that I was concerned that I had a permanent injury and I was afraid that the upcoming medical bills would not be covered. At that meeting Mr. Ziffra came in and spoke to me. Leaving the office I felt a load lifted off my back. The conclusion of the case was that my medical expenses up to that point had been paid, I got the correct medical treatment I needed and I feel certain that the settlement was fair and assured me that there is sufficient money to cover any upcoming medical expenses. I would recommend this law firm to any one that ask. I was impressed with the professionalism, communications and the personal attention that was afforded me by Lori Stack and Alan Ziffra.
