My name is Nancy Burgess & my husband Jerry & I were injured in a traffic accident in July of 2018.I wrote about the excellent treatment Jerry had when he received his settlement and now it's my turn to express my gratitude to this wonderful law firm. My condition was a difficult one to work with. I have a condition called CRPS which usually isn't a problem unless you have an injury this was the case with me. My injury was to my right knee when the CRPS kicked in it gravitated first to my right foot and then to my left foot. Mr Mitchell, Charlee and Nancy never gave up. They did due diligence with research and fully understood the horrific pain I was suffering. I would ask anyone reading this review to go online and research CRPS it is very difficult to diagnose and it is debilating leaving the person who has it with very little quality of life.Thanks to the kind compassionate people who were working with me I am now on the way to becoming healthy again. They got me the full amount of monies available to me as well as always being there to listen when I was having a really bad day.They became my friends. You can chose a bigger firm but will never get the quality Rue & Ziffra provides. Through the whole process I never felt like I was just Client #1245 and spoke with Mr. Ziffra as much as my case manager (who was amazing). Thank you Mr. Ziffra

So far so good, just did my deposition. Going to the next step,couldn't of asked for a better lawyer. Roman Diveev is doing his best to get me through a bad time.so, hasn't Layne,the legal assistant who keeps me informed and answers my questions in a timely fashion. Thanks for everything.

I was injured on the job and after workman's comp refused to pay , I contacted Rue & Ziffra and they got me a reasonable settlement that I'm pleased with. I would recommend them if you need an attorney.
