Paid $150 for a consultation.
Scheduled 1week prior.
Sent them all documentation as per their requests. (Case related)
Day and time came and went, NO CALL, NO EMAIL. Nothing.
I had to call them!
They were like…CLUELESS!!
They admitted that I was not posted on calendar, for whatever reason!
Asked for a refund for services not rendered.
They were extremely UNPROFESSIONAL.
I did get my refund, after 2 phone requests and an email request.
Total waste of time.
