My landlord would not fix any issues in our unit. We had bugs, roaches, broken pipes and a leaky roof. I hired Lopez Law Group to help us get out of our lease. Not only did they get us out from under this horrible experience but they got my Landlord to compensate us for back rent and moving expenses.

I am a senior citizen and used Lopez law group to represent me an issue with a property management company. They were to write a Cease and Desist letter with my requests, and help in resolving the issues. Mr. Lopez communicated only through email, took over 5 weeks to write it and never represented me. Mr. Lopez charged $950.00, and showed no concern for my situation. It was a very disappointing experience. There are many law firms out there. Choose one that will care. Lopez Law does not.

Lopez Law Group not only provided an exceptional, professional, responsive and timely council, they provided peace of mind and held my HOA to the standards mandated by law. As a business owner who has worked with many attorneys, I have a great deal of respect and appreciation for this agency and the level of service they have provided. I would recommend this business to friends and family, without a doubt.

I only give five stars to absolutely perfect experiences, so a 4/5 from me is way above average. The Lopez Law Group handled me very professionally. I could complain about their flat rate for the service I requested, as my issue was super easy and I don't think really warranted 2k worth of work... But Anthony up there is great. He's highly responsive, honest, and within professional limits will give you his time to listen to what's going on in your life and talk to you about your case. So, as lawyers go, it's definitely $2k worth of customer service. In fact, really, everyone I interacted with from there was very kind and supportive, even answering my novice legal questions with serious attention. Based on my experience, this is a great firm staffed by great people. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, honestly. The review would probably be a 4.8/5, but I'm still paying the bill off so I'm salty. -MWS
