We had a difficult case that other Law firms I reached out to declined. Our case was an interstate moving disaster of which we just assumed that all the severe damage from the company we hired was our loss. I reached out to Anthony from Lopez Law Group from a referral I had received, Anthony returned my call immediately and listened to my complaints and frustrations throughout my occasional tears. He was empathetic while maintaining professionalism when listening to me describe details from our horrific experience. His response was with encouragement and confidence that he would take on our case and work very hard for us. Called and put through to Sean Lopez regarding a Libel, internet crime and cyberbullying. The case will involve 4 plaintiffs including businesses and stacks of evidence. From the get-go he was very unhelpful saying they deal with "personal Injury and not criminal. However it's clearly stated on their website that they handle "Criminal Law" and "Internet Crime" Besides this, during my "Free Consultation" when I asked a single question, he went on to tell me that he's paid hourly for that kind of information. A shockingly bad experience!
