Where do I begin? Sean is such a spectacular attorney we couldn’t be happier! We hired Sean to do the closing on our very first home purchase here in St. Pete. I’ve heard enough horror stories about this process and all my anxiety was quelled as soon as Sean stepped in. Within 15 days he got us through the ordeal, and whenever problematic issues arose like some title defects, Sean was on top of it and he resolved them quickly and easily. Very engaging and enthusiastic about his clients, and worked absolute wonders with our lender! Best part is his fees weren’t outrageous like the other firms I had called first. We couldn't be more satisfied with Sean's work and are so grateful we chose him to represent us.
