I wasn't given an option to retain the services. I waited for over a month for an appointment just for a consultation. I've sent follow up requests via email that have been ignored. It never happened. Though, they asked to review my paperwork in advance of the call, so there appears to be cherry picking of clients. The standard of legal professionalism isn't up to par with most expectations or possibly even ethics. Beware.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with Atty Jon Dubbeld at Swift Law. Had been fighting a false credit reporting for too long — until I called Jon. Within 2 weeks the company replied and agreed to work with us. After discovery and a few false moves on the opposing parties side — Jon maneuvered a deal where they wiped my credit clean AND paid us! Win win! He was quick to answer and quick to call! Appreciate the time and effort! 5 stars for sure

Mr.Jon Dubbeld was luckily referred to me by a friend of mine whom had also been in a serious accident and had excellent results with Jon.I had just gotten into a serious car accident which not only totaled my car with my 80 year old client with me but also did quite a bit of physical harm to my body.I had a bad concussion and 7 herniated discs in my spine.I was in pain,scared, and confused,but he not only set me at ease but he also treated me as if he were a friend of mine. i cant express how greatful i am to him for helping me to get more money than i ever thought possible.He was right there helping and guiding me through the whole process.Theres no doubt in my mind that he went over and above and did his very best to get me a very large sum of money.I know I will recommend Jon Dubbeld to anyone who needs assistance following an accident or who needs help with any other matter for which you would need an excellent attorney...thanks again sincerely..Tamara Phelps.

I had the BEST experience with this firm! Jon Dubbeld is a great attorney who actually has a human touch… i have never had to hire an attorney before, but i was involved in a car accident that was 100% not my fault, and i didnt know what to do… he was instantly responsive to my very first call, and all others after…he helped me get the medical treatments i needed and checked in on ne often to be sure i was okay… he knew what he was doing and got it done… i was lucky and only had minor injuries, but i feel fine now and so glad i had him on my side. He made sure i was physically ok, and he made sure to get me the best settlement possible (which was quite impressive!)… i dont ever want to need another attorney, but if I do… it will be Jon and Swift Law!
