I have never been through an accident that both cars were totaled. Jon led me through every step of the way. He went the extra step and was able to find more money that would have never been recovered had he not dug deep into the insurance company. Jenn his paralegal helped lower my medical bills which was a huge help. God forbid me or anyone in family have to go through this again but if we do Jon is our guy!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I worked specifically with Jon and my issue was handled professionally and quickly. I had a secondary issue arise and felt comfortable asking Jon to handle it for me and he did so with confidence and no hesitation. Communication was amazing. I received phone calls and emails whenever we needed to clear up details and I didn’t have to check up on anything. Everything was communicated as needed. If I ever have anything else come up (Please, universe no...) I will be contacting Jon. Sorry! Stuck with a life long client now!
