Jon was very explicit in directions and I followed them to a T. He was very professional and everything was in a timely manner. I could not have asked for a better legal representation. He also went out on a limb and rectified another situation sending a letter to a company that was dragging their feet on a warranty issue and within 7 days rectified that issue as well. Ms. Scott was very professional from day one. But that's not the only thing that makes her great. Alexa understood what we were going through at the time was very difficult to handle in everyday life, let alone in a fight with our insurance company.
