Lost a future client because they were not able to provide any information or resources/recommendations prior to a case needing to be filed.

Worst experience ever. After they sent in my paperwork, I didn't hear from them again. There was an error on one of my documents and I called the lawyer to get it corrected and instead of him calling USCIS to fix the issue he gave me the number to call. It has been 4 months now and still nothing from them. So basically I paid for their services but I have to be doing the work myself.

Brian Lail is a very good attorney, I highly recommend his services and he is a familiar attorney at the courthouse he's there every day almost and knows everybody, he did a very good job on the case I hired him for me and got the best results possible.

His communcation skills are outstanding!! He always answered my emails or calls and brought up/discussed other possible options to resolve any issues with my case.
