Hiring Joe and his associates was the smartest choice I have made in my life. The skullduggery and cowardly approach from the opposing party was deplorable. Joe handled everything with grace while nothing went by the wayside. In the end got a GOOD settlement and exposed the lies. Thank you Joe for my life back

Hired Joe to represent me for a high conflict child custody case. Joe and Donna were very thorough in getting everything handled in case we were to go in front of a judge. Luckily Joe and Donna were able to work with the opposing counsel and come to a fair agreement through mediation. As with anything, concessions had to be made. But in the end we were able to come to a solution that is best for the sake of our child. Would use his firm again if the need arose.

I was in a bad relationship and wasn’t sure where to start and the Gifford firm made it easy for me they were very professional and understanding and I felt like they cared for me and I felt safe they didn’t allow anyone to take a Benny that wasn’t there right . they got the divorce done fast .and won the case I am so thankful for them and would definitely recommend them to anyone .
