Scott Smiley has been my attorney now on 2 separate, but related issues, over the course of the past 6 years. I honestly would not trust my case with any other attorney. Scott Smiley is, hands down, the best choice I could've ever made when choosing an attorney to handle my very complicated divorce and it's related issues. Scott has always been very informative and straightforward with his advice. He is tenacious in court, does his homework and is always more than prepared to refute opposing counsel with appropriate and irrefutable facts to protect his client. He is honest and trustworthy...and I am fortunate to have him on my side. I would recommend Scott Smiley, and his knowledgeable and hard working assistant, to anyone who needs a competent, trustworthy and tenacious attorney to represent them in tough family law situations.

Knowledgeable, trustworthy and responsive. Their office is convenient and the staff is very nice and approachable. He referred me a client who was in the midst of Bankruptcy and I helped them find a rental despite their situation. They are happy and are enjoying their new home. Thank you Billy!
