I Hired Attorney Frey in regards to a charge of a DUI which in the end, and with his efforts, I wasn’t convicted of. His fee was reasonable and he was ALWAYS available when I needed him. He walked me through each step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, Through this whole process. I have learned that there are so many hoops to jump through, so many administrative fees, court fees, driving school, impact panels etc... it literally seems never ending and can take a very long time to get through court and get all of your Administrative requirements fulfilled. Attorney Frey, even with this pandemic, got the case done, literally as fast as possible and kept pushing for my behalf as his client to wrap things up as fast and as accurate as possible. The best lawyer in Tampa strong and professional

I don't normally post reviews on sites like these but I am so pleased with the results that MUSCA LAW obtained for me, I feel compelled to let people know how much they stand behind their word to fight hard for their clients. My case involved an arrest with some prior extenuating circumstances. As with all cases like this, there were two sides to be dealt with - the License/DMV side and the Charges side. Rebecca Sonalia handled the DMV side and was extremely diligent, professional, & responsive and worked hard to have my full license re-instated within 30 days of the initial charge while the Charges side proceeded forward. And later on, once the charge itself was adjudicated, she once again was extremely helpful, diligent, professional and fought hard to minimize the impact of the sentence on my license and ability to drive as needed, which was a Clear Win on the DMV side. With regard to the Charge itself, John & his team ultimately took on the case and were also extremely professional, responsive and fought very hard for me, despite the extenuating circumstances. They were also successful, as they were able to have the charges reduced, which again was a Clear Win for Musca Law and for me. So that made it 2 for 2 for Musca Law representing me on this case. I am ecstatic with the results that Musca Law achieved in representing me and without hesitation would strongly recommend them to anyone facing similar charges. How can you give a proper review for Musca Law who kept me out of jail, from loosing my driver's license they even kept the citation of doing 143 in a 50 mph when they deserve 10 stars. Oh yes i messed up and I first want to say the Sheriffs department who pulled me over was very respectful and for what I did was very fare. But back to my mess up I was in such a panic when I looked up what I was facing. Yes jail time, loss of license, a major fine and the worse how bad was it going to be on my insurance. I was so worried I would have to sell my new car. So I spent several hours looking up for just the right attorney and after reading most everyone's reviews I called Musca Law and after talking with Brian Currier I had felt comfortable and at ease also this was a local firm that also was what I was looking for. It was nice to be able to talk to someone on the weekend and by Monday morning John called me yes he became my attorney. I need to be honist but after talking with him I had felt like I have a family member who was going to represent me becose we both were on the same page on what outcome I was looking for. Now the wait untill the court date. The wait wasent that bad and it helped that I would drop a email to John for incouragement and he would get right back to me and help set my mind at ease. Then the day of the hearing it was nice that I did not have to get up at 6:30am to be at the court house John took complete care of me. So after an hour or so John called me to give me and gave me the good news no loss of license, no jail, and nothing on my record just a $500.00 fine . I about fell to the floor I was so happy I know John pled my case, with my my health issues and how I was sincerely apologetic to the officer and the Judge who I also would like to thank with total respect. So if you need a defensive attorney who treat you like you are one of the family then 10 stars and my highest recommendations which I do not give very easily.
