They know how to get the job done and are worth the money. I will say they did get me out of multiple charges with only probation and minimum community service hours (20). Facing 3 felonies and 1 misdemeanor, 2 of which were dropped and after completion of probation all were dismissed. You definitely have to stay on top of them and keep up with your case, because their biggest flaw was in communication in the early stages.

In the time I spent on community control I learned how hard life was. It was hard to eat right as at times I ran out of food. It was hard to work a full week as my probation check was on one of my 4 days of work. It was hard what I put my family through. Although I disappointed them, they stood by me and helped me through.Now I realize where and how I put myself in this position. When I was in need of an attorney to handle my case, I had no idea where to start! I went online and found Musca Law. I had received my court paperwork on a Thursday and the hearing was scheduled for the following Monday, only 4 days later. I called Musca Law and the phone was answered right away. They listened to me and let me explain everything. They accepted my case, and before the day ended, I had already received multiple phone calls to learn more and decide the best course of action. By the end of the day Friday, 2 motions had already been filed with the judge on my behalf and we had established the best strategy for handling the situation. I even got an email from the law firm staff on Saturday to let me know I could contact them any time, even on the weekend, if I had any questions. At the hearing Monday, the courthouse wouldn't let me go in due to covid-19 restrictions, so the attorney went into the hearing for me. Musca Law was able to get the whole case completely dismissed during the hearing and I received the court documents referencing the dismissal within an hour so that I could have them for my records. I was so surprised to be treated so well and this law firm really made me feel like I was a priority!! It was very refreshing to know that I was going to be taken care of and so much less stressful having all of my questions answered and really feeling like I was ready to handle that hearing and that Musca Law was going to make sure I was covered and my case won. And with just 4 days notice, they did so much for me and were able to get my case dismissed. I can't speak highly enough of this law firm and I will always be so grateful for the representation they provided!!

They handled my case for me in court, and got certain tickets dropped or reduced. All that was left from my criminal driving on a suspended license case, and failure to appear, was driving without identification; but I was pulled over for speeding and given a criminal driving on a suspended license. Again, I also had failure to appear which left me with a warrant.
