Horrible horrible horrible!!! Totally screws people over. I don’t even want to give them one star.

Mr Winters is not my lawyer, but should I need one, he is the one I would call. I was out for a jog and the Florida rains came. I was able to get to a building with coverage and my family called to see if they could come get me. While asking me where I was, a man came out with a towel. I recognized him from advertisements and said, "I'm at Winters and Yonker!" Mr Winters graciously handed me the towel and made sure I was set. Mr Winters could have asked someone else to bring a towel. Mr winters could have done nothing and no one would have known the wiser. It was the small act of kindness that shows his true character. His kindness made me want to pay it forward and he unknowingly set off a chain of just being kind. I'd want someone like that on my side.

Alexis and Lauren did an outstanding job at helping me with my case! They made sure to update me and always answered my questions. I can’t say enough of how professional and thorough they were with follow ups and making sure I was taken care of. They treated me like family and it was such a refreshing and positive experience working with them. I will definitely be coming back to them if I ever need to!

Even though I did not use their services. I had waited in the front for over an hour. There was a dead bird and I buried it. I watched at least one bus go by he was cruising. One came out from the mall area and I didn't even know where the bus stop was yet but he wouldn't stop for me. When the bus did come I was meditating and luckily she did stop and I got a ride home. But back to the law office they were good enough to write me back I thought that was nice. I would recommend them just for their following up. Thank you for being part of your community.

They want you to do the work then get a pay day. Was using WY for over a year and got absolutely no where. They kept saying it was because I wasn’t going to the doctors however WY NEVER set me up with doctors and when I found one far away and missed an appointment they got very upset with me. They claimed I was using profanity with the female staff and wasn’t cooperating when I finally called them out on how it’s my attorneys job to find and set up appointments. Otherwise why bother?? Went with another group in the area who actually got things rolling, got me into doctors, got my surgery scheduled ect. Stay away from WY. They want you to do the work and they get the pay.

Ive waited 7 months to write this as I didn’t want to post review out of anger. Here goes: Someone ran a stop sign (he admitted) totaled my car and messed up my back and a cranial nerve, leaving right eye smaller than left- some days it barely opens. After signing contract, Mr Yonkers called me and introduced himself, said he’d fight for me and I liked that. That is why I didn’t cancel during the 3 days I had to cancel as my lawyer friend urged me to. Little did I know it would only be one of the few calls I would get. You will go MONTHS with zero contact unless you BUG them. I had a ‘great’ case, by Yonkers’ admission after I kindly asked him if I should get a lawyer that wasn’t so ‘busy’. After 2.5 yrs and 6 weeks before court date, they called me in and offered peanuts. I did not accept offer. They ONLY time I saw Mr Yonkers, (2+yrs later) he told me to settle- as he passed by- never even sat me down to explain, there was a different atty that did that. Now I have 2 lawyers who didn’t want to FIGHT for me! Zero face to face deposition prep- but a half-hour phone call before hand and I was terrified- I was completely alone in my living room and felt abandoned. COVID did not prevent them from calling me into office- they were open for business. My ‘other’ atty there didn’t even make it to the deposition and I met, yet a third atty on the deposition day via Skype. I never knew who I was dealing with! They didn’t care about my non-surgical injuries!! Even though I am permanently disfigured in my FACE because they said they couldn’t prove it. I’m a bartender and had MANY witnesses who saw me daily and without a disfigured eye before accident but they never even spoke to any of them! I saw a specialist Dr who said it “probably” was bc of accident and would never heal. If they did the work, my pictures and witnesses and Dr report could have sufficed- but they didn’t bother. I eventually caved bc I was told by the female atty I can’t even remember her name and I quote: “If you lose in court, I don’t want to hear any crying.” My bf was stunned and my heart broke when we heard that. If THAT is their idea of “aggressive” it’s no wonder I was unhappy with final outcome. I can’t perform duties my job of 40 years requires and I’ve learned a hard lesson. I don’t know if it’s normal or not, but, my constant complaint was ‘lack of communication’ and not being able to speak to my attorney many times, instead I dealt with an “assistant” (who lied to me twice on important issues) for 2+ years- not even a paralegal. I cried about my eye for 2.5 years to no avail- it was much worse than my back, to me. These types of lawyers apparently just want the easy payout and DO NOT want to fight in court- for this blatant reality, I settled. Of course, they made thousands more than I. I do NOT recommend at all! There are MANY others to choose from. I feel duped, but, tv lawyers are not the most respected and I should have expected that. They get two stars for hooking me up with a chiropractor and a decent surgeon.PS: They’re CHEAP! Example: They didn’t want to spend measly $ 900 (I was told) for copy of deposition I wanted. Considering my hospital bills alone were $250,000 it was puzzling and shameful. Avoid. Find a respected lawyer you won’t see on a city bus!!
