Winters and Yonker are a GREAT firm to go with!! I was in a automobile accident and they were there to help me every step of the way!! I had the pleasure of working with Christopher Smith and Sara Rafferty. They were very prompt in gathering information and directing me each step of the way, from the emergency room visit, to physical therapy, surgery, all the way until the case closed!!! They kept up with all my appointments and would even call me to check how each appointment went! The other parties insurance company was giving me the run around and was very rude to me, once I got Winters and Yonker, they jumped right in and was very aggressive with them and got the situation under control very quickly!!! Anytime I had a question (and I asked a lot) they never hesitated to answer my call or promptly return an email. The lines of communication was always open! I am thankful for them and I recommend that if you are in a situation, give them a call and let them help you!!!
