These injury firms all run on the same business model: volume and settlement. However, what sets Winters & Yonker apart are attorneys like Patrick Brannon. He genuinely cares about both your physical and financial recovery. As a recovering M&A lawyer, I challenged many of his decisions only to find that his advice was the most prudent. Personalized representation, ethical and just plain smart legal representation. Highly recommend.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!!!!! My experience with this company was fantastic. Christopher Smith and his associate Sara, was a driving force in handling my case. Those two left no stone unturned when it came to my injuries and medical treatment. Those two kept me well informed and updated throughout the whole process. Overall, I am overjoyed and thankful for their hard work and due diligence. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Highly recommended. Winters & Yonkers are the best!!!!!!!

I’ll have to say going with this firm was the best decision I’ve made. I had Mr.Chris and Ms.Sara, for both of my accident, they both were amazing, easy to communicate with, and very reliable!my first case Mr.Chris worked real hard on those case, I even lost hopes for my first one, but he came through and it was generous amount and I was very happy. I do want to thank Chris for fighting for me and always being here to answer any questions that. I highly recommend this firm, you just gotta be patient with them and you won’t be disappointed!!
