My initial attorney I hired was not representing my interests at all. I was being bombarded by requests from my husband’s attorney. I asked my friend who has been divorced 4 times, who the most competent, professional & aggressive attorney was because I needed to be able to see out of my proverbial black eye in order to go to work to pay my husband the alimony he was complaining he wasn't getting. I met with Christina and the threats from my husbands attorney stopped with in a week. Christina who by the way has the best response time to all of my dumb annoying questions ( she even knew the temperature to bake a cake). Fast forward....now my business is in jeopardy of being destroyed and all along the “Captain” ( which his the nice name for the X) still wants his monthly alimony and child support. Christina and Kerstin never let up. Christina out lawyered a judge who literally told her basically " You’re right and I don't care" ( have to love Pasco County), and was frantically yelling terms that I have NO idea as to their meaning. Her passion was obvious! I think her strategy worked and after that day “Captain” decided he wanted to settle. She set up a mediation for a week later. She brought me coffee, was punctual, set up her battle ground all around her and we waited....and waited...and waited....because apparently “Captain” wouldn't stop talking long enough to realize mediation wasn't a vent fest but a place where three attorneys try save you money by not going to trial. Mediation focused only on financial issues and Christina was all about numbers. Spouting things that made a lot of sense and exiting with a mic drop. 11 hours later, yes 11 hours later we settled the money part of my divorce. I walked away with my intact company, all my debt paid off including my vehicles, and a signed waiver for all of the violations to the judges order I apparently never read. I got what was most important and Christina and Kerstin were all I could have asked for. Patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. They worked late to get my settlement typed up and knew the best way to get it done was to make “Captain” think it was all his idea

Christina and Kirsten were great and honest. Always called you back regardless of time. Thank you for a painless divorce.
