Fraught with confusion, injury and a lack of knowledge and understanding of what options I had, Attorney John Castro answered my phone call on Christmas Day and shined as a beacon of hope- my Star of Bethlehem. I put my trust and faith in him and he delivered. Every question I asked, no matter how trivial or simple they seemed to him, were answered as if I was the most important client he has ever had. I followed his instructions to a tee and 6 months later I could not be happier with the results. Mr. Castro showed his true professionalism in his appearance and attitude whether it was in a one on one consultation or in front of a judge. The office mascot, "Junior," was even a source of comfort as it was if he could sense my pain and laid by my side to offer me much needed stability. How does one describe help that comes at just the right time? What words are able to encapsulate the fortitude and humanity that Mrs. Anton and Mr. Wilson embody? I contacted this law office to obtain advice and I was in the process of making a list of potential attorneys to handle my case. When I spoke with the receptionist who answered the phone she asked me to give her a brief description of my predicament and she would see which attorney would be available to speak with me - I was placed on a very brief hold. When she came back on the line she said the retainer fee for an attorney at this firm is $3,500-4,000 and the attorney wouldn't speak with me or give me any advice or consultation without paying the retainer fee up front. NEVER SPOKE WITH AN ATTORNEY AT THIS FIRM! I spoke with numerous other attorneys who when I explained my experience with this firm were in complete shock and said it was their civil duty to provide a free consultation to a potential client before demanding a retainer fee! This entire firm is a joke! I can't imagine anyone dumb enough to pay a retainer fee of several thousand dollars to an attorney just to speak with him/her when they could and probably are completely incompetent! If they can't take a few moments out of their day to try and retain a potential client then God help them!
