Mr. Fernandez and his team are very methodical and thorough in their approach. They guided us every step of the way through a slip and fall case in a major department store. Once I reached Maximum Medical Improvement things moved quickly with Mr. Fernandez getting deeply involved in the case which included a number of trips to the store where the incident occurred to get better acquainted with the case. Mr. Fernandez has the reputation as one that will take it to court if necessary, something you don’t find in all attorneys. I believe his reputation allowed us to reach a settlement before having to go through the cumbersome court process. On a personal note, Mr. Fernandez spent hours talking with us about our children and their futures. By the end of our case I felt like a friend of the family.

First let me say divorce is one of the worst life events, especially with kids. David Anton and his paralegal Kay Schnake were absolutely amazing. The listened to my concerns and expressed true empathy. David Anton is masterful in his research and delivery. Despite there being a dollar amount associated with hiring an attorney, David Anton truly cares about what is right for his clients long term well being.
