In August of 2019 I was involved in a bicycle versus car accident with an under-insured driver who was at fault. This accident required an ambulance ride, a helicopter ride to the nearest trauma center, a stay in that trauma center, and all the subsequent medical bills associated with them. Upon the advise of a lawyer friend I reached out to Tim and his staff at Babiarz Law Firm PA. This was my first experience with legal assistance for something like my accident. After an interview with Tim and his staff I turned everything over to them for this accident. They were exceptionally helpful during the whole ordeal, whether dealing with insurance companies, the ambulance and helicopter companies, or the hospital, and eased my wife's and my concerns about everything involved. They were always patient and understanding if we had questions and responded quickly to them. I'd recommend him and his staff to anyone.
