Quick quality lawyer without an attitude. Great place to get a will or paperwork done inexpensively

Upon the recent death of my husband, I was in a position where I had to choose an attorney. I turned to many friends with long term roots in The Villages for advice. The Millhorn, Shanawany & Olsen Law Firm was far and away their top choice and therefore, was my choice. I was and am, very satisfied with the professionalism, competence and caring shown by this firm and would recommend them without hesitation!

I had a very good experience with this firm from the beginning and throughout the entire process. From the start when I was provided with an outline of the steps necessary to complete probate for my late Mother's estate right through the end when an exemplified copy was produced by the FL Probate court. Not only did the representative have extensive Probate court experience in the state of Florida but coincidentally also had probate court experience in the state of NY which was also a mandatory part of closing my Mother's estate. The estimate provided to me in the beginning was met and I was also give legal advice that I accepted regarding additional protection. I can sincerely recommend using this firm for legal advice whether for Estate Planning or Probate matters etc.

As a retired attorney I found Mr. Millhorn to be knowledgeable and direct about estate planning in Florida. Documents were prepared professionally and quickly at a very reasonable cost. The fifth star is for the excellent staff.

What’s great is you can attend a free seminar which clearly explains the different meanings of having a will, trust, power of attorney, and so on. You have an opportunity to ask questions and then make a complimentary appointment with one of the lawyers.
