The Babiarz law firm was fantastic at helping my handicap father who was recently in a accident getting all needs taken care while showing compassion for the circumstances by meeting with my dad in rehab center to accommodate his inability travel to help with paperwork and legal matters with accident . I highly recommend Sham. My mother and I recently visited him regarding a Family Trust. I went to him based on the recommendations that focused on his ability to explain things clearly. They were totally accurate. Not only does he explain things well but his technique of using questions helps you learn the concepts. He's not just sharing information, he is teaching you. And I believe that is because he really cares about his client. He is not only smart, knowledgeable, and a clear Communicator, he is a genuine warm and friendly person. We were also very impressed by the staff that supports him. The telephone help and the receptionist help was also very thorough and friendly.

We used this firm to do estate planning. Our initial meeting was well organized, simple, and concise. We answered a number of questions from Mr. Millhorn, and were given a quote on the cost of services. A few weeks later, the documents were prepared and an appointment was made to review and sign the documents. This meeting went quickly, and Mr. Millhorn explained each and every page of the process. A witness, and a notary were present as documents were signed. We paid with a check and all documents were presented in a nice folder. We were given exit instructions and felt very confident with the process. Lastly, we requested electronic copies of each document and they were delivered in a day. Overall, the process was seamless, and painless. My wife and I highly recommend Mr. Millhorn and their firm for estate planning.

Mr. Millhorn is the only attorney I'd deal with for wills. He's direct and gets it right the first time. He clearly explains everything as you go. He's very pleasant and has a sense of humor.
