I could not have asked for a better advocate than Ms. Heather Di Salvo!!! She is very very good at her job. She has excellent customer service skills and shows empathy for her clients. She went over every detail regarding my case from start to finish. She was always available in case I had any questions or concerns. She put me at ease because this process can be very stressful. When you are going through a difficult time, it helps to have someone trustworthy, knowledgeable and focused to keep you on track. She will be my advocate if I need her again in the future!!
