I shopped around a bit and found this office to be much more transparent in their plan of action and retainer agreement (One office relinquished your right to a negative review!). I was so happy that I chose them, Heather was my direct contact and she always responded immediately. My final result ended up being exactly what she said it would be and about 2 months after getting notice I am already closing up business on my case. Definitely recommend this practice. Honest, fast, and to the point.
