Mr. Jay Symonds and his team, especially Ms. Sonia Nogueira are very efficient and professional. They replied to my calls and emails within day and sometimes hours. They helped us through a difficult negotiation and continued demands for information from our insurance company and helped us for the best outcome for our family. They are very good in what they do. You couldn't go wrong with them.

I can not say enough good things about Cesar Gavidia, Esq. and his Paralegal, Vanessa Arriaga and the tremendous work they have done to collect on my disability claim against CIGNA. Without them taking the risk of accepting my case against CIGNA, I would NEVER have seen another payment on my claim once CIGNA arbitrarily denied. Cesar totally understands the games that some of these disability insurers play to avoid paying valid claims in the hope that the claimant just goes away after getting beat up by the Insurer. But they offer another choice. Cesar and his team took on all the risk and did all the work of appealing my claim denial in a game that is rigged for the Insurer. I had Ltd with Hartford and after about 5 years they sent me to one of their therapist for review of my disability. Afterwards they cancelled my disability payments as I no longer qualified. I contacted Dell and Schaffer and spoke with Alex Paramara and he thought I had a good case to win my appeal. I was surprised by all the documentation submitted on behave of my appeal. Hartford never contacted SSA, never requested my medical records and they took parts of the therapist records that I couldn’t complete all the task but ignored the fact the therapist stated I would not be able to work. Alex was quick to point out their problems with the therapist summary. Alex submitted all my medical records which was close to a thousand pages. Alex pointed to different sections of my medical records that supported my case. I won my appeal with 2 weeks. Without Alex and Vanessa work, I don’t believe I would have won my appeal. They are the best regarding disability insurance claims. They returned my calls and text in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend them for your disability problems with the insurer. An important lesson I learned was don’t trust disability insurance companies cause they don’t want to pay out anymore than they have to pay. Rodger
