I can't begin to describe the wonderful service I've received from Alex Palamara, Sonia, and the rest of the team! I was denied my ERISA LTD claim, despite the fact that I was very ill. I still stand by this review and to an even greater degree to this day. I am very glad I have had them by my side through this entire ordeal. Looking back over the past several years that I was forced to leave my profession because of a medical condition, I now realize how very vulnerable I was not only financially but otherwise as well. When one has to go on disability, it is a dramatic life change not only for financial reasons but other important reasons as well. Your life is upside down and your day-to-day life is so very different. At such a time, it is very difficult to think clearly, and the stakes are very, very high. If a mistake is made and a miscommunication is sent to the insurance company, the policy might very well not be honored. That can be a catastrophic financial, life altering situation. Please do not attempt to file a disability claim by yourself. One small mistake that is easy to make can be a disaster. Please read my review of Dell Disability Lawyers below and seriously consider them if you unfortunately have to go on disability: I have been a client of Mr. Alex Palamara for close to four years. During this time, Mr. Palamara and his staff have been unwavering in their support of my claim. His council, actions and interactions with me as well as my insurance company have been crip, precise and effective. Because of this, my relationship with my insurance company is excellent and there are no problems or misunderstandings. Thus, my claim as well as monthly payments have been largely without incident or problem. I recommend the use of an attorney for disability claims. There are too many areas for misunderstanding between the claimant and the company and too many chances for your claim to be denied. This firm does exceptional work. I worked with them for my application for long term disability. My claim was approved on the initial application with one of the most notoriously difficult insurance carriers in the business. I'm 100% sure that this was due to my attorney Steven Dell. He was meticulous in shepparding me through the process making sure everything was done with precision and done correctly. My anxiety thought this process was through the roof and Mr. Dell was always there to reassure me and peal me of the ceiling if needed.
