I retained Dell and Shaefer’s law firm for my long term disability case management over 12 months ago. I am usually not one to write reviews on attorneys ; as my experiences in the past .. although not many .. have not been great. However, I truly cannot say enough good things about their firm. I am going through one of the most difficult mental and medical times of my life. I have been extremely impressed with the Law Firm of Dell & Schaefer. I submitted a form online and was contacted immediately by Mr. Jay Symonds. . I explained my disability and the issues I was experiencing with my Long Term Disability Insurance and Mr. Symonds immediately confirmed why Dell & Schaefer was the perfect choice for me. Mr. Symonds explained how the process works properly and there were a lot of steps for to do and he explained what he would speak to the LTD Company to clarify the fixing of the process of sending checks inconsistently and in violation of the plan. I finally had someone that was going to protect my legal rights and take the burden off of me so I could focus on my health issues. I was a police officer for over 14 years with the same agency. I was hurt on duty and suffered career-ending injuries. I applied for long term disability and was approved but after two years I was denied based on the verbiage in the policy. My family was without any income coming in and I couldn't believe I was in this situation. I came across a video online with Gregory Dell and Stephen Jessup speaking about this very issue. My experience is as such, I suffer from a variety of mental health issues the biggest being severe PTSD. When I had lost all hope the Good Lord guided my to Dell n Schaefer.
