Called in to discuss hiring an attorney and after they asked for my birthday, I declined and asked why they needed that info, they hung up on me. Not professional and ask too much info on the front end of the call.

i was trying to find someone who could help us with my mother for long term care planning… i had no idea of when to start. i took a risk of contacting Family first based on reviews. From
