I am literally in tears. We were told by at least 3 other attorneys that they were not confident that they could deliver on our behalf, and Family First was our last resort. My mother in law’s case was a very challenging one, but they took up the challenge and they delivered. For this we are extremely grateful. My experience of Family First has been beyond measure! We were suddenly in the position of having to make multiple emotional/legal/financial decisions quickly, decisions that would impact our mother's future services and care. Brianne has been so incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. Patiently and compassionately she has directed us to an appropriate track for our mother. I cannot say how grateful we are to have a team working with/for us.

We used this firm to get my mother's financial affairs in order and things went very smoothly. So when I needed help with my mother-in-law they were my first call. It was a tough road. They said they could help and would make the entire Medicaid process easy. Angelica was my saving grace and helped even when I'm pretty sure it wasn't her job. She answered all my questions and fears when things got very hard. The rest of the team was not very helpful and almost never communicated or returned messages. In the end we finally got what we needed after much frustration.

Never return calls, can't get through even the paralegal who doesn't know anything anyway. Completely opposite of what it says on their website. They don't care about anyone or what you are going through. This is why people dislike attorneys and don't trust them.

Recently my wife passed away and it has been very difficult, with all of the legal challenges that comes with a love one passing it can be overwhelming, Evan Sagar and the team at Family First Firm made a very difficult time a little easier, I know absolutely nothing about the legal system but Evan Sagar made it easy even for me to understand. Explained everything in detail and was very patient with me even with some of the questions and was asking. Thank you guys so much and especially Evan for all of your help.
