We’re so glad we decided to let Family First handle the process for Medicaid. They really do care about each individual’s case and it shows through their employees work. Lynouse was extremely customer service oriented. She was on top of everything. Always informing me in what I need, what was done and what phase were at and how long to go. The whole process went very smooth. I will highly recommend Family First to those in my situation or similar.
