This was our first time hiring a lawyer, so we had lots of questions, all of which Michelle was very patient and kind enough to address each and every one. Michelle and her team helped us through a very emotional and challenging eviction case (we as the landlords), and at each step we felt heard and well-guided. We eventually won the case, and we realize there is no way we could have done it without Michelle’s help. I was in need of a litigation attorney after receiving a complaint filed by a former employer. I was extremely concerned about the situation due to the truth being distorted in a way that could have caused serious legal repercussions. Ms Aulivola was referred to me by a coworker and after speaking to her the first time she stood out from the other lawyers I had spoken to. Her fees were very reasonable and she was extremely attentive to my matter. Ms Aulivola always made himself available to me by phone within a few hours if I had questions and her staff was very professional. I found her to be a very honest and tenacious person that you want on your side. My situation was resolved quickly and I have since used her again multiple times for contract negotiations and other matters.

In 2014 paid cash for our house. It was a bank owned property so the price was great. In the contract we knew that there was a tax year that hadn't been paid and we would be responsible for it. I absolutely forgot all about it...YES, MY FAULT..... and just paid our taxes every six months. In 2017 a place called Tax Ease was trying to take the house because they had bought the tax lien. I set up a payment plan with them and began making monthly payments. After paying for a year or more, the county sheriffs were at my door and served me foreclosure paperwork. The taxes that needed to be paid were from 2013. Come to find out that now there were 2 liens on the house because the year in question was split into 2 different "tax certificates" and the had bought them both. They are crooks !!! Anyway, I hired Peter who finally got them to give me a contract and payment plan the included everything. Peter saved my house. Thanks Peter.

Mike Ayaz of Blake and Ayaz is the lawyer you want in your corner. He represented me in a case brought on by ABC. It was already in a default judgment against me because ABC never properly notified me that there was a case against my establishment. Mike was able to get the default judgment thrown out and allowed me to start anew. The outcome was more than expected. I like that he did not sugarcoat anything. He was honest about my chances and the possible outcome from the beginning. Oh, and he took my call from day one. The other law firm took my name and said they would call back the following week. Mike always returns your phone calls and makes you feel like you're never alone and that you have the best lawyer representing you. He is a bull dog and that's what you need when dealing with ABC. I will also add that he took the time to know my wife and I personally and that he listens. I will forever be grateful for that.
