Charlotte was beyond great! Her sincerity to help me truly showed. Everyone i encountered there was polite and welcoming. There was a bit of fear on my part, walking into a lawyers office as a father. However, those fears were quickly dispelled. Charlotte was knowledgeable, eager to help, and honest. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend Charlotte to anyone who needs help with a divorce or custody issues. I cant thank her enough

I am very disappointed with the services at Meriwether & Tharp. they will smooze you and seem very nice and professional when receiving your money but their true colors come out once they start digging into your retainer. These lawyers told me everything I wanted and needed to hear for my custody battle but money is all that matters to them. they have knowledge, yes, but are very unprofessional when it comes to representation even to the point where they talk negatively about me (the client) to the opposing party. waste of my time and money. don't believe what these guys tell you.

I consulted with Ms. Fashinasi recently on a modification defense. She bashed the other attorney, talked over me, and only has 1 year experience bouncing from another firm. She had zero knowledge of the local judge and it was crass to speak so poorly about the other attorney not knowing this person. It was awful... Very inexperienced, unprofessional, rude, and immature.

First contact with MS Simpson, knowledgeable and able to get to the answers quickly.
