Meriwether and Tharpe - wonderful. Michael Schlifka was wonderful. His work was detailed and thorough. I had a lot of problems dealing with my now ex-husband but we worked through everything over emails and maybe 1 or 2 phone calls. His paralegals were so friendly and forgiving when I didn't make deadlines. I am so happy I went for the "big" Atlanta attorneys (I live in Athens). I picked them because of their ad on WSB radio. Everything I have tried from advertisements on WSB radio have turned out great. This law firm is kind and gentle when you might be at your very worst, I was very angry all the time. I gave the attorney and the paralegals HELL when I was manic. They just rode along and kept going and FORGAVE me for every angry remark. I can't say enough about the kindness I felt. I definitely recommend them for a man or a woman. Great business.

Andrew and his team more wonderful. I started out with one lawyer and within the 1st few weeks I went realized it was not going to work. A friend of mine told me to go to Meriwether and Tharp, where I met Andrew, Amanda and Amanda. They were amazing in every way and I could not have gotten through this without the entire support of the all of them. Thank you so much for everything.

If it was possible to give negative stars, I would do it. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM unless you want to lose everything. They are way overpriced and provide horrible representation, if it can even be called that. In my divorce case, my income was never brought up by my attorneys and the judge was allowed to believe incorrect financial information. The nonchallannt, dismissive attitude of these attorneys is truly stunning.

Michael represented me with my divorce case, he is an AWESOME attorney also an AWESOME person. He’s very attentive to the smallest of things or the biggest, Michael is caring and compassionate at what he does. Everything was always under control and taken care of with Michael, he’s firm when he has to be. But will always try his best to see if an alternate more peaceful resolution between both parties can be made, I would HIGHLY recommend Michael for anyone in need of a GREAT divorce attorney.

Expensive and charge for needless expenses. In GA most lawyers are going to follow equitable division of asset laws anyhow so find a firm that will work with your ex to an amicable compromise other than MT Law.

Amanda Gallardo is the best lawyer I could ever have for my hard time. Divorce is hard for everyone and I was stressed and worried. She was so nice to talk to and explain things very easy for me to understand. She always respond to my emails very quickly. Everything processed very fast because she is just on top of everything! My paper was done very quickly and now I am stress free! Thank you Amanda!!

My experience with Meriwether & Tharp, particularly with Amanda Horsley & and Amanda Gallardo, has been outstanding! Divorce is tough, but they both have made it as smooth and painless as possible. They were helpful, responsive, proactive, timely, and even fun and kept me laughing along the journey. I would highly recommend Robin and her team. She is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful! She was able to address my concerns and needs with patience, understanding and expertise.
