DO NOT USE! Their communication is HORRIBLE! My attorney Thomas Rainey still has not called me back after sending me an email telling me Morgan and Morgan was not representing me. Ended up using Eric Sterling with Ken Nugent and was much happier! Wasted 6 months with Morgan and Morgan and Eric handled it in less than a month!

I'm pretty disappointed in communication. I've been dealing with my case since 2019. This accident wasn't my fault. Trying to receive updates is like pulling teeth. I have to email several times to get anything. My case finally settled 5 weeks ago. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks for funds to be distributed - on the 4th week I had to email the lawyer 3 or 4 times over a weeks span to get anything and his response was almost as if he was irritated that I was asking for an update. I just don't understand why it's taken over two years. It almost seems like my case was forgotten about and pushed to the side. At this point I'm just ready to get my check and be done with it. This whole situation has been frustrating, from dealing with the person who hit me insurance adjuster to dealing with lack of communication from my lawyer, i'm over it.

I do not recommend their services because they mishandled my case. They settled my case for pennies when I should have gotten much more, if they did the job they were hired to do. I provided all the necessary documentation and proof to properly mitigate my damages. All Is were dotted and Ts were crossed; however, they managed to get me close to nothing after all their fees and service changes. Don't fall for the slogan because they are not for the people. They are for profit. What a joke.

This firm lacks communication to the point you wonder if they forgot about your case. I have no objection from the previous reviews because I feel the same way having went through the same process and worked with the same people listed in the previous reviews. My accident was in april 2021 and currently I am still awaiting the case to be closed. This review is NOT to cast a negative light or ill intent towards this business or people involved. I am simply sharing my experience for someone after me and we all know the importance of reviews in this current day. I feel as if assurance is everything and that is exactly why I started off confident that this small case would be handled swiftly. A couple of months in once everything was completed on my end. I was assured that they would handle everything else and to be expecting a call to go over the process and meet whoever was assigned. After a extended period of time of trusting that things would go as said and trying not to be too anxious at the same time, I finally decided to reach out. I do understand that I am not the only case and people are busy especially in the midst of a pandemic but again assurance is everything and by this point I hadn’t heard anything else to feel assured. Once I called I learned that they were “waiting” on the bills from chiropractor and they had done their part by requesting said documents. On that call I was assured that the next process is negotiating, and I again would be meeting with my case worker to discuss what to expect next. Although I still had not met with him because he was always out (understandable considering we are in a pandemic) but at this point I still haven’t spoken with anybody except the lady who originally took my information who was very professional by the way (but I can see how people would feel as if she makes excuses for them) but I do admit she was very professional during our encounter. More time goes by and I was told they received a response and was given a timeline, which expired by this point and still not updated or have a clue what’s going on. I email “Ken” directly even thought I have not a clue who he is only what the website says he is. After I email him I get a text from the “missing” caseworker requesting to call. Finally, we are getting somewhere so I thought! I am now being assured (again) this case would be closed and giving a timeline on when that should be. We are 2 weeks from when I was advised and no call from the firm to update or advise “hey we are still working on it I know I told you it should be closed but xyz has changed”. So again, I email the people assigned and in charge. I almost instantly get a call back saying “they did their part, the insurance company has not”. At this point I feel like I only get an update when I express my concerns first. Once my concerns are addressed, the accountability is placed on the other parties involved (example: chiro practice and insurance company). I feel like their should be an open line of communication rather something changes or not and they did not provide that. I probably wouldn’t have concerns or be “worried” if I was advised and updated. You cannot service people without speaking with people! Customer service and assurance are very important throughout this process and in this business. That is what made me uneasy about the whole process, it wasn’t even the little amount of money settled.
Today: 2/7/22 I reached out after signing all documents last Monday but was advised it’s not them, it’s the insurance company once again. Which means i’m almost certain it will be April (1 year) before I see a settlement check. On top of having to wait for the check to come in the mail, I then have to wait until they deposit it and mail me out MY check rather than going to pick it up like I have at other firms. I cannot wait until this process is over! Honest to God!

This company is full of liesWhen I first started my application I had already gave them my doctor's information just for them to call me back in a few months and I did not give them any information then told me I could not work at all to receive disability when you can work part-time and receive disability as long as you making under $1,300 a monthDni call Amber in the Georgia officeAnd she tells me that they postponed my hearing which is not true because I called other resources and never got a letter in the mail saying it was postponedSo this company is full of lies I would like to get my application terminatedAnd I will never ever deal with this company ever again

I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH MY ATTORNEY FOR OVER A MONTH NOW. HE HAS NOT RETURNED ANY MESSAGES. IVE LEFT COMPLAINTS WITH CLIENT RELATIONS. I ONLY SPOKE TO HIM ONCE AND LIKE I STATED I WASN'T UNDERSTANDING WHY I WAS BEING ASKED TO GO TO GRADY TO GET RECORDS WHEN I HIRED YOUR FIRM TO REPRESENT ME. CAN I HAVE MR JOHN MORGAN OR SOMEONE OF AUTHORITY CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
