Called and someone name Sarah talked to me took my info and told me No o e can take my case..but couldn't tell me why.

Really wish they had taken my case, but I guess 1500 isn't enough to justify the work needed. I totally get it. The person who heard my case was understanding, and pointed me to the Georgia Bar Association.

They say there for the people well they was not for me im trying to get on disabilty and due to no health insurance to be able to get treatment for an l2 vertabrae frature in two spots also i have carpa tunnel in both hands and can not keep a job due to pain morgan and morgan are not for the people thats a big fat lie thay brushed me off like i wasnt important

Horrific experience. Rarely communicate with me, and only after I initiate the contact to find out the status of my 8 month old case. I fell for the so sincere sounding ads on TV . Considering my options, whether to move to another firm, complain to the Bar or contact the insurance company liable and negotiate directly with them if allowed.

I had a horrible experience interacting with this firm. I was ignored, lied too and passed around. The attorney that represented me was a total disappointment and it required a third party to get him to return my calls. When you see or hear John Morgan advertising his firm and why he got into law, my experience makes him sound phony, a hypocrite and definitely not for the people. When your attorney willfully lies and ignores you how can you trust any of them. They still have excuses to hold on a part of my funds that they can't justify and the beat goes on. As if exorbitant fee they charge you up front why are they trying to take more money from the person who endured all the pain and suffering. I will never use again nor recommend this firm to anyone. If you are a customer maintain accurate and factual due diligence.

So I know John Morgan through the circles my stepfather ran around in South Florida. They are both fantastic lawyers. But Morgan and Morgan fired me because they claim there was not enough damage on my car from the supplemental estimate they did virtually because of Covid but my repairs were twice the amount. I’m really really sad Morgan and Morgan would treat me or anyone else like that
